Had a recent holiday on a House Boat on the Murray River.. The hired House Boat was from Murray Bridge SA (South Australia). My wife and youngest son enjoyed four nights on board the Orlando, had a wonderful time and would recommend it to all. Being a licensed Amateur Radio operator I decided the remove my Icom 706 MKIIG as well as my UHF/VHF and HF whips from the car and make up a mount system for the House Boat. Well it worked and I have a lot of fun. Hope you enjoy my short video of my setup.
