I have a Icom 718, a MFJ Versa tuner, and a Astron 35A power supply. I will try not to use the tuner when I am set up for real. I got the power supply for 89 bucks on Ebay so I’ve been testing it out for the past few days. Been a rock steady 13.8 volts. The Icom Transceiver needs 20 Amps to run the transmitter portion so the 35 A supply is more than enough.
